Users must provide accurate information during registration and follow all system rules. Misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

Follow library rules and timings
Pay applicable fees on time
Use the system for legitimate purposes only
Smart Seat or the library administrator may:
Suspend or block accounts involved in misuse
Modify features or services without prior notice
Update these Terms as needed
All fees must be paid as per the library's policy. Non-payment may lead to suspension of access.
Smart Seat is not responsible for:
Loss of data due to user negligence
Network issues or downtime
Misuse of the system by users
Any personal, financial, or academic loss arising from service usage
We may terminate accounts violating the Terms. Users may also request account deletion.
