Smart Seat follows a transparent and fair refund policy.
Refunds are allowed only if:
The service was not activated, or
There was a technical issue preventing usage (verified by admin)
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Partial usage of monthly pass
Misuse of the system
Wrong information provided by the user
Eligible refunds will be:
Processed within 7–10 working days
Credited to the original payment method
For refund requests, users must contact the library admin with valid proof.
