Smart Seat follows a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Monthly Pass / Fee Refunds

Refunds are allowed only if:

  • The service was not activated, or

  • There was a technical issue preventing usage (verified by admin)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial usage of monthly pass

  • Misuse of the system

  • Wrong information provided by the user

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be:

  • Processed within 7–10 working days

  • Credited to the original payment method

4. Contact

For refund requests, users must contact the library admin with valid proof.
